Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves finding exceptional people. This isn’t just about posting jobs—we’re looking for someone who can proactively source, headhunt, and attract top talent across a variety of roles. Depending on our hiring needs, you may recruit customer support agents, video editors, media buyers, marketers, content creators, designers, operations staff, managers, and other specialists. Responsibilities * Source and headhunt top talent using any effective platform or strategy. * Create and optimize job postings across multiple job boards. * Identify passive candidates through social media, professional networks, communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels. * Recruit for a wide variety of remote roles, including creative, marketing, operations, customer support, leadership, technical, and creator positions. * Screen resumes, portfolios, and applications. * Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future hiring needs. * Track candidates and keep recruitment processes organized. * Recommend improvements to our hiring process and sourcing strategy. What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting. * Strong sourcing skills—you know where great candidates spend their time. * Experience recruiting across multiple industries or job functions. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of recruitment. Bonus Points * Experience hiring remote teams. * Experience sourcing creators, influencers, UGC creators, video editors, or other creative talent. * Experience hiring for eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands. * Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools.
