Talent Booker (Remote) - Source Millionaires and Billionaires for Street Interview Series

We're building a street interview series focused on high-net-worth individuals — think School of Hard Knocks. We need a talent booker who can find and lock in on-camera interviews with millionaires and billionaires. The shoots happen in Miami and New York, but you can work from anywhere. THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTE. You don't need to be in Miami or NYC — you need to be able to find the right people in those markets and get them to say yes. If you happen to be local to Miami or New York, that's a bonus, not a requirement. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Sourcing and booking on-camera interviews with high-net-worth individuals — founders, investors, real estate developers, crypto/finance people, luxury business owners in Miami and NYC - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects - Cold outreach at volume via DM, email, and phone - Researching where the target demographic actually is — yacht clubs, luxury car meets, private members clubs, high-end restaurants, business events, conferences — and finding a way in - Vetting subjects for legitimacy (verifying they are who they say they are) - Coordinating logistics: scheduling, confirming, location, and prepping subjects on what to expect - Handling reschedules and keeping the shoot calendar full for our on-the-ground crew WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection; this role is 80% outreach - Socially fluent — you can talk to wealthy people without being intimidated or off-putting - Excellent written English; most of your first contact will be in writing - Organized: you track your pipeline and follow up without being reminded - Reliable overlap with US Eastern Time hours - Bonus: existing network in luxury, finance, real estate, nightlife, or events - Bonus: experience in casting, production booking, event promotion, PR, or high-end sales - Bonus: you're based in Miami or New York and can work scenes in person DETAILS - Fully remote, work from anywhere - Ongoing role with steady booking targets - Hourly, paid through Upwork - Entry-level friendly — hustle and social skills matter more than a resume - We start with a short paid trial contract through Upwork, then move to the ongoing role TO APPLY Please include: 1.
