Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter (Engineering, Construction Management & US Federal Projects) Overview Global Build Collaborative (GBC) is seeking experienced Full-Cycle Technical Recruiters to support our growing engineering, construction management, and infrastructure programs. We are looking to establish long-term relationships with 1–3 recruiters who can help us identify, screen, and coordinate candidates for projects throughout the United States and Europe. Most recruiting efforts will focus on U.S.-based professionals, with occasional international recruiting assignments. This is not a one-time assignment. We are seeking recruiters who can become trusted members of our extended team and support ongoing staffing requirements across multiple contracts and clients. Industries We Support Construction Management Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Environmental Engineering Architecture Infrastructure Development Energy and Utilities Federal Government Programs You will recruit for positions such as: Project Managers Construction Managers Resident Engineers Design Engineers Safety Managers Most positions will be mid-level to senior-level professionals. Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting resources Develop candidate pipelines for current and future openings Conduct targeted outreach campaigns Build talent pools for recurring staffing needs Candidate Screening Conduct initial phone and video interviews Evaluate communication skills and cultural fit Verify employment history and experience Assess technical qualifications against position requirements Verify work authorization status Verify licenses, certifications, and professional credentials when required Recruitment Coordination Schedule interviews with hiring managers Coordinate candidate communications throughout the process Assist with reference checks Maintain candidate status tracking Provide weekly recruiting updates and pipeline reports Required Demonstrated experience recruiting engineering, construction, architecture, or technical professionals Strong verbal and written English communication skills Near-native or native English fluency Experience conducting professional candidate interviews Strong LinkedIn sourcing capabilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings Preferred Experience recruiting for U.S.-based organizations Experience recruiting construction management professionals Experience recruiting engineers and architects Familiarity with U.S. Federal agencies and contractors Experience supporting USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, FEMA, VA, or similar federal programs Experience recruiting internationally
