About Us We are a growing golf cart dealership group with 19 retail locations across the United States. We sell, service, and deliver golf carts and personal transportation vehicles to residential, commercial, and recreational customers. As we continue to expand, we need a dedicated recruiting professional to help us consistently attract and hire quality employees across all of our locations. What You’ll Be Doing • Posting and managing job listings on U.S. platforms including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and Facebook Jobs • Screening incoming applicants and filtering resumes based on our criteria • Conducting initial phone or video screening calls with candidates • Scheduling interviews between qualified candidates and our local store managers • Maintaining a candidate tracking pipeline and providing weekly updates • Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process • Sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels • Helping us build a consistent applicant flow across multiple locations and job types Roles You’ll Be Recruiting For • General Managers • Assistant General Managers • Sales Associates • Service Advisors • Delivery Drivers • Mechanics and Technicians • Administrative Assistants What We’re Looking For • Crystal clear spoken and written English is an absolute requirement — you will be speaking directly with U.S.-based job candidates on our behalf • Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based employers or U.S. clients • Hands-on familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar U.S. job platforms • Experience conducting candidate screenings via phone or video • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision • Available during U.S. business hours, at least partially • Experience in automotive, powersports, retail, or dealership recruiting is a strong plus but not required • Upwork Job Success Score of 90% or higher preferred Where We Welcome Applicants From We are open to qualified candidates from anywhere in the world provided you meet the English communication standard above.
