You may use any method: posting jobs on Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, X, or directly reaching out to candidates. You are not limited to any single platform/method. Your goal is to deliver a shortlist of candidates who are ready to sell a $3,500–$4,000/month software subscription, work commission‑only, and generate 2–5 sales in Week 1. You will use the screening questions provided to vet each candidate. You will reject anyone who asks for a call, needs hand‑holding, or cannot provide proof of scaling. --- What You're Looking For You are finding performance marketers (snipers) who can: · Sell a $3,500–$4,000/month software subscription · Start with a $500 weekly ad budget on Meta · Generate 2–5 sales in Week 1 (minimum 2) · Work commission‑only (no base, no retainer) · Launch campaigns within 48 hours of receiving access · Answer questions in writing – no discovery calls These are not generalists. They are not agencies. They are not "lead gen" marketers. They are direct response snipers who have proven they can scale from under $1k/week to over $5k/week while maintaining ROAS. --- How to Identify a Sniper (vs. a Talker) Sniper Talker Provides screenshots of scaling vs Says "let me show you on a call" Answers questions directly vs Asks for a meeting first Has proof of past results vs Has impressive titles and vague promises Works commission‑only vs Wants a retainer or base salary Confident in Week 1 sales vs Says "we need to test first" Understands direct response vs Talks about "brand awareness" and "lead gen" If a candidate asks for a call before answering questions, reject them immediately.
