Talent Sourcer / Candidate Research Assistant (Remote, Part-Time) We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across a variety of industries and professional disciplines. This role is focused exclusively on candidate sourcing and talent research. You will receive job requirements and identify qualified candidates using your own sourcing tools and methods. Requirements Access to LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator, or similar sourcing tools Strong candidate sourcing and online research skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written English communication Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience sourcing candidates across multiple industries is preferred Responsibilities Review job requirements and identify qualified candidates Conduct LinkedIn and online sourcing research Build candidate lists and talent pipelines Provide candidate resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and sourcing notes Organize candidate information in spreadsheets or shared documents Deliver qualified candidate shortlists within established timelines Deliverables For each search assignment, provide: Candidate name Current title Current employer Location LinkedIn profile URL Resume Contact information Brief summary explaining fit for the role Important This is a sourcing and research role only.
