About Us We are a headhunting and recruitment agency based in Finland. We specialize in finding top-tier professionals for specialist and managerial roles (e.g., IT, Security, and Supply Chain). We are looking for an independent, highly skilled Talent Sourcer to join our extended team on a freelance basis. The Role We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to identify high-quality candidates for our clients' open positions. You will operate as an independent contractor, managing your own hours and workflows, while delivering high quality longlists of qualified candidates located in Finland. Key Responsibilities - Conducting deep-dive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques. - Identifying passive candidates matching specific requirements. - Screening candidate profiles and providing high quality longlists for our Lead Recruiters. Requirements - Proven track record as a Talent Sourcer, preferably recruiting for the European market (experience with the Nordics/Finland is a strong plus). - Deep expertise in Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter search. - Strong understanding of IT/Tech terminology and the ability to quickly grasp also other complex role profiles. - Fluent written and spoken English (Finnish language skills are a bonus, but not required). - A self-driven, independent working style suited for a B2B freelance partnership.
