Talent Sourcer-Find Sales Representative Candidates in Polayne (Dance Industry)

Project Overview DUX Dance is an international dancewear manufacturer expanding into the Polish market. We are looking for a freelance Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to help us identify qualified candidates for a Sales Representative position in Poland. This is a short-term project focused on sourcing candidates. You will not be responsible for making the final hiring decision. Instead, your role will be to identify suitable candidates, make the initial contact, confirm their interest, and coordinate interviews with our team. Candidates do not need to be sourced through Upwork. You are welcome to use any appropriate channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, dance schools, universities, dance organizations, local job boards, professional networks, or your own recruiting methods. -Responsibilities Research and identify qualified candidates located in Poland. Contact potential candidates and introduce the opportunity. Confirm their interest in learning more. Collect their CV, LinkedIn profile, or professional information. Coordinate interview schedules between the candidates and our team. Prepare a shortlist of qualified candidates. -Candidate Profile A qualified candidate must: Live in Poland. Speak Polish and conversational English. Have experience in the dance industry (dance teachers, professional dancers, studio owners, dance retailers, etc.) Have been contacted by you and have confirmed interest in learning more about the opportunity. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be willing to participate in an interview with us. Be motivated to grow with a long-term business opportunity. Knowledge of the local dance community is more important than previous sales experience. - Freelancer Requirements: We are looking for someone who: Has experience in recruiting, sourcing, lead generation, or online research. Speaks English well enough to communicate with our international team. Is organized and proactive. Has excellent online research skills. Can communicate professionally with candidates. Is comfortable sourcing talent outside of Upwork. -Deliverables At the end of the project, we expect: A shortlist of 5–10 qualified candidates. Basic information about each candidate (background, current occupation, location, English level, and why you believe they are a good fit). Contact information. CV or LinkedIn profile whenever available. Interviews scheduled with our team. Our management team will conduct the interviews and make the final hiring decision.
