Talent Sourcer for Clinical Candidates

We are seeking an experienced talent sourcer or recruiter to support outreach to clinical candidates, specifically BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs. This person will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and fit our company culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a keen eye for talent. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting targeted sourcing for BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs across Soar’s markets - Building prospect lists using social media and other relevant channels - Conducting high volume cold calls and direct outreach to prospective candidates - Sending personalized outreach messages that generate interest in Soar Autism Center - Using social media channels to help create awareness and interest in Soar’s clinical opportunities - Connecting interested candidates directly with Soar’s existing Talent Acquisition Partners for follow-up - Tracking outreach activity, candidate responses, and handoffs in a clear and organized way
