Build target lists from leading computer vision and AI labs (e.g., École des Ponts IMAGINE, Inria, Sorbonne, ENS, EPFL, ETH, Oxford, Cambridge, TUM, Max Planck, etc.) Identify high-potential researchers through: Lab websites Google Scholar CVPR / ICCV / ECCV / NeurIPS / ICML author lists LinkedIn Personal academic websites Collect and maintain contact information and research profiles. Conduct personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn. Schedule introductory conversations between candidates and our team. Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline progress. Provide weekly reports on sourced candidates and conversations booked. Ideal Background Experience sourcing technical talent, researchers, or ML engineers.
