Talented Graphic Designer / White Label Agency Needed for Long-Term Creative Projects

IMPORTANT: Must be available 9am to 5pm eastern US Time. Must be able to complete requests within 24 to 48 hours. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer for a long-term, month-to-month engagement at approximately 40 hours per week. Our ideal candidate has proven experience producing high-quality marketing materials that align with established brand standards, including tradeshow graphics, advertisements, print brochures, digital collateral, and social media assets. This role includes executing new creative needs as well as updating existing collateral. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and brand discipline are essential. Core Responsibilities: • Design tradeshow booth graphics, banners, and supporting signage • Produce print and digital ads (full-page, web display, retargeting variations, etc.) • Create brochures, flyers, product sheets, and sales collateral in InDesign • Build social media graphics, campaign visuals, and promotional assets • Maintain consistency with established brand identity, logo usage, and typography • Prep files for print & vendor specs (bleeds, color modes, safe zones, etc.) • Work collaboratively with marketing and leadership stakeholders to meet deadlines • Revise, resize, or update existing creative when needed Required Skills & Software Proficiency: • Expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite) • Strong understanding of brand standards and consistent visual identity systems • Experience preparing print-ready and press-ready files • Familiarity with tradeshow production specs is preferred • Motion graphics or basic video editing (nice to have, not required) Workload & Engagement Structure: • Ongoing / month-to-month contract • 40 hours per week (consistent weekly workload) • Responsive communication & ability to meet deadlines is critical • Work during standard business hours (flexible on timezone alignment) preferred Please Include With Your Application: • Portfolio highlighting tradeshow, brochure, and branded marketing work • Three examples of materials created in InDesign • Confirmation of 40 hrs/week availability • Hourly rate or monthly retainer proposal Thank you!
