Talented YouTube Thumbnail Artist Needed

My name is Rick, and we are scaling a network of YouTube automation channels. We are looking for a thumbnail artist who can create strong, clickable YouTube thumbnails for our channels. You can use AI tools to create thumbnails, or you can create them from scratch if that is your preferred workflow. The most important thing is that the final thumbnails look professional, match the video topic, and are designed to get clicks. The topics, titles, channel style, and creative direction will be provided. We prefer someone who already understands YouTube thumbnails, curiosity, contrast, facial expressions, simple layouts, readable text, and what makes someone stop scrolling and click. Examples: www.youtube.com/@EliasYoderAmish https://www.youtube.com/@AfterHours-1200 Main Responsibilities • Create strong YouTube thumbnails using AI tools, design software, or your own creative workflow. • Output: 5 thumbnails per working day. • Follow the provided title, topic, channel style, and thumbnail instructions. • Create thumbnails that are clear, clickable, and easy to understand on mobile, desktop, and TV. • Use strong composition, facial expressions, colours, contrast, and readable text. • Make sure each thumbnail matches the video topic and does not feel random or generic. • Create thumbnails that look polished and not obviously AI-generated. • Make revisions when requested. • Follow the provided SOPs, examples, and channel guidelines. ## Position Details • Role: YouTube Thumbnail Artist. • Output: Approximately five to six thumbnails per working day. • Tools: AI tools, Photoshop, Canva, Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo, ChatGPT, or any other tools you prefer. • Compensation: $200 USD per month. • Long-term role for someone reliable and consistent. ## Requirements • Experience creating YouTube thumbnails. • Good understanding of clickable thumbnail design. • Ability to use AI tools or design software to create strong thumbnail concepts. • Ability to follow references and match an existing channel style. • Good eye for layout, text placement, contrast, facial expressions, and visual clarity. • Able to make thumbnails that look professional, not cheap or generic. • Reliable and able to complete thumbnails quickly. ## Ideal Candidate You understand that a good thumbnail should create curiosity immediately. You know how to keep thumbnails simple, bold, and easy to read. You can use AI, design tools, or create from scratch, but you also know when a thumbnail needs improving.
