Talking Head YouTube Editor

I’m looking for an experienced YouTube video editor who specializes in talking head YouTube channels, preferably in the conspiracy, mystery, documentary, true crime, or investigative niche. This is not a beginner position. You must have proven results editing videos in this style and be able to provide examples of channels you’ve worked on, portfolio pieces, or analytics demonstrating your impact. What I’m Looking For * Proven experience editing talking head YouTube videos * Experience with conspiracy, mystery, investigative, documentary, or faceless commentary content * Strong pacing and storytelling to maximize viewer retention * Advanced motion graphics, zooms, callouts, stock footage, B-roll, sound design, music, and seamless transitions * Ability to create engaging edits that keep viewers watching * Understanding of YouTube audience retention and editing for high watch time Workload * Approximately 3 videos per week * Long-term opportunity for the right editor To Apply Please include: 1.
