Summary

I want to sell my long term stocks (more than 1 year). I have multiple short-term stock losses in 2020 and 2021. I want to offset the capital gains from the sale of my long term stocks with the short-term stock losses. Once I have used all of the losses offset, then I want to get advising on how much of the long term stocks I can sell every year to be qualified for the lower tax bracket capital gain. I have been unemployed since around February 2021. I have not used any of the losses offset. I can provide all of the 1099 form from my trading platform.
