Tax Manager/CPA

TechFin LLC, is a growing fractional CFO Consulting, tax and accounting firm and we are searching for an experienced CPA (required!) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. We need someone to run our tax division, train CPA and EA candidates on taxes, and work with other leaders in the company to develop further revenue streams through tax consulting, strategy and resolution. Attention to detail is a must. We are looking for a full-time CPA and the position is remote, although the preferred location would be Central or Eastern time zone. We would consider part-time as long as 20 hours a week minimum could be committed from the start date. Tax prep software experience with Intuit Proconnect is required. Experience in preparing business returns (1065, 1120, 1120-S) is required. Experience in trust returns (1041) and 990 series non-profit returns is preferred. MUST have experience resolving issues with the IRS on behalf of taxpayers.
