US Tax Professional (California Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced U.S. tax professional to provide ongoing tax services and strategic guidance for our growing business. The ideal candidate will: -Prepare and file federal, state, and local business tax returns. -Have extensive knowledge of U.S. tax laws, with strong expertise in California tax requirements. -Proactively identify tax-saving opportunities, credits, and deductions. -Advise on tax implications of business decisions and ensure ongoing compliance. -Be available to answer tax-related questions throughout the year—not just during tax season. Qualifications: -CPA or equivalent/related tax credential preferred. -Demonstrated experience with U.S. business taxation, including California tax compliance. -Strong understanding of federal and California tax laws, tax planning, and regulatory requirements.
