We are looking for a qualified U.S. CPA or Enrolled Agent with experience working with foreign-owned Single-Member LLCs. Our Delaware LLC was incorporated in June 2025 and is wholly owned by a Ukrainian non-U.S. resident. The company had no business activity, no revenue, no bank transactions, no employees, and no customer payments during 2025. However, the company formation expenses were paid by the foreign owner.
