Taxdome Setup and Support

We are a small, established tax practice in Southern California serving approximately 550 clients. Our firm is currently run by the owner, who has been in practice for 50+ years, and myself, an Enrolled Agent who will eventually be transitioning into ownership of the practice. Our current workflow was built around a traditional, fully in-office environment and has worked well for many years. However, as we plan for the future of the practice, I am looking to modernize our operations and create a more efficient hybrid/remote workflow. I am looking for an experienced consultant who can learn how our practice currently operates, identify bottlenecks and processes that rely heavily on physical presence, and help us redesign and implement a more streamlined workflow. This is not simply a software-selection project. I am looking for someone who understands process optimization, workflow design, automation, documentation/SOPs, and change management—ideally with experience working with tax, CPA, accounting, or other professional service firms. The goal is to preserve what already works well while creating a system that is easier to manage, delegate, scale, and operate remotely. I am especially interested in someone who can be hands-on throughout the process rather than simply providing recommendations.
