Teach me Blender!

I'm starting a YouTube channel and want to create cinematic scenes in Blender, particularly based on real-world cities and buildings using OSM data or similar sources. The visual style I'm aiming for is inspired by CIA command centers, HUD interfaces, and holographic displays. For example, I might want to recreate New York City and animate a camera orbit around a specific Manhattan skyscraper, with that building highlighted while the rest of the city remains more subdued. I'm mostly new to Blender. I've spent a few hours watching tutorials and experimenting with the software, but I'm still very much a beginner. The learning curve has been steeper than I expected, and I'd like to work with an experienced instructor to accelerate that process. My background is primarily in After Effects, where I have extensive experience, and I'm also fairly comfortable with QGIS. I'd like to start with a 1.5-hour lesson and then discuss an ongoing schedule afterward. I'm not yet sure how frequently I'd like to meet or how many sessions I'll need, but I'd prefer to figure that out as we go.
