Teach Me to Connect My Custom HTML Form to AWeber Using OAuth (DreamHost/PHP)

I'm looking for an experienced U.S.-based developer who can teach me how to connect a custom HTML form to AWeber using OAuth and the AWeber API. *****Worldwide applicants welcome — must be available to meet between 1pm–7pm U.S. Central time.
