Team for UK Social Care Projects

Marketing & social media team — three UK projects, ongoing monthly retainer We're a UK organisation running three connected projects in the children's social care sector. We need a small international team — agency, collective, or group of freelancers — to handle marketing and social media end-to-end on a monthly retainer. What you'd do: Propose content ideas, write scripts, edit videos we record, design social graphics and flyers, schedule and post across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp. Roughly 60+ posts per month across three projects. What we'd do: Sign off topics, scripts, and final content before posting. Record videos on scheduled calls. Supply context, source material, and any sector-specific corrections. Reply to comments. You don't need to be experts in UK fostering or safeguarding — we are. You do need fluent written English, strong content ideation, professional design and video editing, and a reliable system for keeping us informed of what's planned, drafted, and scheduled. All content is in English. Muslim cultural fluency is a plus for one of the three projects but not essential.
