AI & Tech Founder Ghostwriter: LinkedIn Thought Leadership & Company Content

We're looking for an exceptional ghostwriter to become a long-term content partner for our AI and technology startup. Your primary responsibility will be helping our founder and company establish a credible, recognizable voice through insightful, high-quality thought leadership. You'll work closely with our team to turn ideas, experiences, product updates, market observations, and industry trends into compelling content that educates, sparks conversation, and builds trust with founders, operators, customers, investors, and the broader tech community. What You'll Do ● Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts for our founder that sound authentic and reflect their voice. ● Create thought leadership content on AI, SaaS, startups, entrepreneurship, product development, and the future of technology. ● Develop company LinkedIn content that strengthens our brand and communicates our mission, product updates, milestones, and culture. ● Turn interviews, voice notes, meetings, articles, podcasts, or rough ideas into polished, engaging content. ● Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive conversations to identify timely content opportunities. ● Suggest original content ideas and editorial themes that position us as a trusted voice in the AI and startup ecosystem. ● Repurpose long-form content into social posts, content series, and other bite-sized formats. ● Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting content for founder and company audiences. ● Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with launches, campaigns, and business objectives. What We're Looking For ● Proven experience ghostwriting for founders, CEOs, executives, or technology companies. ● Exceptional English writing and editing skills. ● Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, B2B technology, startups, venture capital, and the broader tech ecosystem. ● Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content. ● Excellent storytelling skills with a strong grasp of positioning, messaging, and audience engagement. ● Experience writing high-performing LinkedIn thought leadership content. ● Ability to capture and consistently replicate another person's voice. ● Self-starter who can research topics, generate ideas, and work with minimal direction. ● Highly organized and able to meet recurring weekly deadlines.
