Tech & Implementation Specialist

What You’ll Own You’ll support and improve the technology, systems, automations, and implementation that keep our business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting automations Managing and improving workflows across our tech stack Working within platforms such as Trainerize, Zapier, Kajabi, and email marketing platforms Troubleshooting technical issues and finding solutions quickly Testing automations, funnels, integrations, forms, emails, and workflows before they go live Supporting the implementation of new programs, systems, tools, and initiatives Documenting processes and creating clear, easy-to-follow SOPs Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve existing processes Making sure systems are organized, accurate, and functioning as expected Communicating proactively with the team when something is delayed, broken, unclear, or could be improved Following projects and implementations through to completion rather than simply checking off individual tasks What We’re Looking For Technical & Operational Skills Experience with Zapier and automation-based workflows Experience with Kajabi Familiarity with Trainerize is strongly preferred Experience with email marketing platforms, campaigns, and automations Strong general technical troubleshooting skills Comfortable learning new technology and platforms quickly Process-driven and highly organized Able to document, follow, and improve detailed processes Experience working within the online coaching, health, or fitness space is a major bonus How You Work You are: Extremely detail-oriented — you care about the details within the details Proactive — you communicate before someone has to come looking for an update A strong communicator — you communicate clearly, early, and professionally A critical thinker — you don’t just ask, “What do I need to do?” You also think, “Does this make sense, and is there a better way?” Resourceful — when you encounter a problem, your first instinct is to investigate, troubleshoot, and find a solution Reliable — when you own something, the team can trust that it will be handled Motivated — you take pride in doing excellent work, even when no one is watching Team-oriented — you enjoy working alongside ambitious, high-performing people Ownership-minded — you care about the final result, not just completing your portion of the task You must also have a high level of spoken and written English and be comfortable communicating with a US-based team. Schedule & Availability Your location and time zone are flexible, but you must have reliable availability during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours for team communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration.
