Need for designer - High End Collection - Design & tech packs

``` I'm looking for a fashion designer to elevate and develop my modest fashion collection. The brand fuses East African, Asian and European influences into a quiet, architectural aesthetic. Modest fashion guidelines apply (full coverage to wrists and ankles, loose but structured silhouettes, opaque fabrics), but the design language is contemporary quiet luxury. I'm looking for someone who can bring real design vision - not just execution. My current outfit concepts were created without formal design training and need to be elevated: better proportions, refined construction logic, and a stronger, more intentional Asian design influence (think Pankou/Maedeup-style details - niche, elevated, not decorative). Starting scope: paid trial - redesign of 1 look (2D sketches, front + back, with design rationale), based on a brand brief, moodboard and reference outfits I'll provide. If the trial goes well, this extends into the full collection: 2D sketches and complete tech packs (flats, BOM, size specs, construction notes) for 3-4 looks. Looking for someone with strong technical/construction skills (collars, closures, pleats, asymmetric panels) AND a genuine creative point of view - someone who can propose, not just translate.
