Tech Pack Design — Women's Knit Cami / Tank (Loungewear / Contemporary RTW)

**About the project** I'm the founder of a premium women's basics brand launching with GOTS-certified organic cotton basics manufactured in Portugal. I'm looking for an experienced tech pack designer to help me translate concept references into production-ready tech packs for 2 cami/tank styles. The aesthetic is elevated, minimal, and classic – think quiet luxury basics. Comfort and flattering fit are equally important to the design. This is not activewear or structured RTW; the ideal candidate has experience with soft knit or woven camis, slips, or similar draped basics. **Scope of work** - 2 styles (cami/tank variations) - Per style: technical flat sketches (front, back, detail views) + full spec sheet with measurements across XS–XL - Target specs based on reference photos and moodboard (no physical samples exist yet — first proto will be made from your tech pack) - Grading across XS–XL - Fabric, trim, and colorway callouts incorporated - Revisions included until approved - Final deliverable: PDF + editable source file per style **What I'll provide** - Moodboard and reference photos with annotations - Size range (XS–XL) and any existing sizing logic - Full material specs (GOTS organic cotton, manufacturer in Portugal) - Colorway references - Clear brief with style direction **Ideal candidate** - Portfolio showing women's knit or woven basics – camis, tanks, tees, slips, or loungewear - Comfortable working from visual references without a physical sample - Strong technical spec sheet skills with grading experience - Experience with natural knit fibres (cotton, modal, or similar) - Proficient in Illustrator or equivalent for technical flats - Responsive and detail-oriented — this is going directly to a factory **Please include in your application:** -2–3 portfolio examples of similar styles (knit or woven women's basics) -Your rate per style or project total -Your typical turnaround time
