Tech Pack Design for Clothing

We are seeking an experienced apparel technical designer to create production-ready tech packs for a luxury women's apparel collection. The initial project consists of two women's tops, each offered in two colorways. These garments feature integrated elements and require expertise in fit, construction, support, and premium apparel development. Responsibilities: • Create detailed, manufacturer-ready tech packs • Develop technical flat sketches (front and back) • Create measurement specification sheets • Document construction details and sewing instructions • Develop BOM (Bill of Materials) including fabrics, trims, labels, and components • Create colorway specifications • Support sample development and revisions as needed Requirements: • Proven experience creating tech packs for women's apparel • Experience with activewear, intimate apparel, lingerie, or shapewear is highly preferred Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and manufacturing requirements • Ability to communicate with domestic and international manufacturers • Portfolio demonstrating previous apparel tech pack work Project Details: • 2 initial styles • Luxury positioning • Premium fabrics and finishes • Potential for ongoing work as the collection expands When applying, please include: • Relevant portfolio examples • Experience with support-focused or technical garments • Estimated pricing for tech pack development per style • Timeline for completion We are looking for a long-term development partner who can help bring products from concept through production.
