Tech Pack Design for Garments

What We Need We require complete production-ready tech packs for garments including: Heavyweight Hoodies Crew Neck Sweatshirts T-Shirts Singlets Jackets Initially we will start with one hoodie, with ongoing work available for the right designer. Deliverables Each tech pack should include: Front, back and side technical flat drawings Construction details Detailed stitching specifications Fabric recommendations Fabric composition GSM recommendations Trim details Rib specifications Drawcord specifications (where applicable) Zip specifications (where applicable) Pocket construction Label placement Care label information Hangtag placement Pantone colour references Artwork placement dimensions Embroidery specifications Print specifications Measurement specification sheet Size grading (XS–3XL where applicable) Tolerance chart Packaging instructions suitable for factory production Our products are primarily: Premium heavyweight apparel Sportswear Promotional clothing Experience designing garments for embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer applications is highly desirable. Artwork We will provide: Logos (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) Reference photos Mood boards Garment inspiration Branding guidelines File Formats Required Please provide editable files in: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) PDF Excel or Google Sheets for specification tables (if applicable) Experience Required Please only apply if you have: Experience creating factory-ready apparel tech packs Experience working directly with clothing manufacturers Strong Adobe Illustrator skills Excellent understanding of garment construction Knowledge of grading and apparel specifications Please include examples of previous apparel tech packs with your proposal. Long-Term Opportunity This is intended to become an ongoing relationship. We expect to develop approximately 20–30 apparel styles over time, and we'd like to work with the same designer to maintain consistency across our product range.
