Tech Pack Review & Audit — 10 SKU Natural-Fiber Athleisure Collection
Worldwide
I'm preparing a 10-SKU athleisure collection for production with my manufacturer and need a senior second-eye review on my tech packs before they go out for sampling. The brand: Premium natural-fiber athleisure (TENCEL Lyocell, GOTS organic cotton, Pima cotton, merino wool, natural-rubber elastic). Aesthetic positioned between Alo Yoga and Mate The Label — premium minimal, plastic-free. The 10 SKUs: Men's performance tee (TENCEL/Merino, 175 GSM) Men's gym shorts (TENCEL/Cotton interlock, 220 GSM) Men's light jogger (cotton french terry) Men's boxer brief (Pima cotton, visible elastic waistband) Women's cropped shelf-bra tank (sewn-in shelf bra, TENCEL/Cotton) Women's lounge biker short (hidden internal elastic, seamless construction) Women's wide-leg pant (hidden internal elastic, seamless construction) Women's bikini, high-waist brief, and thong (Pima cotton, hidden encased elastic) Your scope: Review all 10 tech packs for production-readiness and manufacturer-feasibility Flag any spec contradictions, nomenclature issues, or construction sequence gaps Light fixes on tech packs that need polish (callout cleanup, BOM adjustments, wording corrections) Per-SKU summary: pass / fix / needs deeper work Recommendations on anything you think needs follow-up My tech packs already include: brand-standard formatting, designer-illustrated CAD flats, full POMs with grade rules (Alo Yoga aligned), construction sequences with specific stitch types (607 flatlock, 504 overlock, 605 cover stitch, 301 lockstitch) and SPI, full BOM with hangtag/care label/packaging specs, certification language (GOTS, OEKO-TEX). Each pack runs 15-20 pages. Required experience: 5+ years in tech pack creation for activewear, athleisure, or performance apparel Strong knowledge of stretch-knit construction (flatlock, coverstitch, bonded seams) Experience with natural fiber athleisure construction (merino, TENCEL, cotton — shrinkage, recovery, heat-sensitivity) Familiarity with hidden encased elastic waistband construction (underwear category) Tech packs you've created have gone through actual factory production end-to-end (please share examples) Adobe Illustrator (.ai) deliverable capability Bonus experience: Seamless knit / Santoni machine construction familiarity Underwear / intimate apparel category expertise Direct factory communication experience (you've worked with manufacturers, not just designed in isolation) What I'll provide: All 10 current tech pack PDFs Brand guide + Pantone palette + fabric specs Designer CAD flats (already embedded) Reviewer Priorities doc focused on manufacturer-readiness Budget: $800 fixed-price. Open to scope discussion if your initial review surfaces more revision work than expected. Timeline: 2-3 weeks from kickoff. Two-batch delivery (5 + 5 SKUs). To apply, please share: 2-3 portfolio samples of athleisure or activewear tech packs you've created Confirmation of natural fiber athleisure experience (or how you'd approach it) One example of a tech pack you've taken from concept through actual factory production Your timeline estimate after reviewing this scope Looking forward to your application.
