Tech Pack Specialist & Fashion Designer for a Luxury GCC Brand

About The Project: We are building an affordable luxury streetwear brand based in the UAE, targeting the UAE and GCC market. The brand is in early development and we are looking for a professional who understands what it means to build a premium product from the ground up — with the precision, documentation, and design sensibility that serious production requires. Full creative direction and design details will be shared privately with the right candidate. Scope of Work - Collaborate on garment design direction, concept development, and design refinement - Produce complete, factory-ready tech packs for each style, including: - Fabric specifications and material callouts - Silhouette and fit construction details - Finishing and stitching specifications - Print placement, color references, and artwork specs - Provide guidance on fabric selection and manufacturing standards appropriate for premium production Required Qualifications - Proven expertise in fashion design and tech pack creation - Deep knowledge of fabric materials, garment construction, and production standards - Demonstrated experience working with professional factories - Strong attention to detail — tech packs must be complete and factory-ready with no ambiguity Strong Advantages - Experience with luxury, premium, or well-known fashion brands — please state this clearly in your proposal - Arabic language proficiency — please mention this clearly if applicable *What to Include in Your Proposal* -Portfolio of previous design work and tech packs (samples required) - How many designs and tech packs you can deliver, and within what timeframe - Your pricing structure — per design, per tech pack, or a package rate - How you specifically plan to support this brand and its direction -Whether you have worked with luxury or premium brands before, and which ones if you are able to share Proposals without a portfolio will not be considered.
