Tech Pack Specialist for Kidswear Fit

Description We are a new premium kidswear brand based in India looking for an experienced Technical Designer, Pattern Maker, or Fit & Sizing Specialist to review and refine our existing tech packs before production. We currently have 11 completed tech packs across boys' and girls' apparel. The designs have already been created, and we are specifically seeking support with measurements, grading, fit, and production readiness. Scope of Work Phase 1: Tech Pack & Size Chart Review Review existing tech packs and measurement charts. Evaluate garment proportions and overall fit. Assess grading across all sizes. Recommend corrections where needed. Ensure sizing is appropriate for the Indian kidswear market. Identify any potential fit or construction issues before sampling. Phase 2: Sampling & Fit Support Review sample photos, measurements, and fit feedback. Provide fit comments and correction recommendations. Suggest pattern and measurement adjustments. Support multiple sampling rounds until fit is finalized. Help establish final production-ready specifications. Experience with garment grading and size development. Understanding of pattern making and garment construction. Experience reviewing samples and approving fit. Ability to provide clear and practical fit corrections for manufacturers. Deliverables: Revised measurement charts where required. Grading and sizing recommendations. Fit review comments during sampling. Production-ready specifications and approved measurements. Contract Type: Hourly contract preferred. Initial review of 11 tech packs. Ongoing support through sampling and fit development. Potential for long-term collaboration as future collections are developed.
