Job Title: Full-Stack Mobile App & Platform Developer (Two-Sided Specialized Marketplace) Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Development Team or Agency to build a high-performance, secure, two-sided marketplace platform (iOS & Android) with a centralized web dashboard. *Note: To protect intellectual property, the specific niche and business domain will be fully disclosed only to shortlisted candidates under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Core Architecture & Scope of Work The selected developer/agency will be responsible for building the complete technical ecosystem, adhering to the following structural options: 1. Application Architecture Requirement (Choose / Implement One Approach): * Approach A (Two Separate Apps): Developing two distinct, native or advanced cross-platform mobile applications—one tailored for clients/users, and a separate application tailored for service providers/consultants. * Approach B (Unified App with Role-Based Access): Developing a single, comprehensive mobile application featuring dynamic login mechanisms, user-role switching, and tailored dashboards depending on whether the user is a client or a service provider. 2. Technical Stack & Infrastructure: * Frontend: Mobile applications supporting iOS and Android with smooth, interactive user interfaces and secure file/document handling. * Backend & Database: Robust relational and non-relational database architecture for managing user accounts, transactions, and secure document storage. * API Integrations: * Local payment gateway integration (Mada, STC Pay, Apple Pay via secure channels). * WhatsApp Business API integration for automated client and provider notifications, updates, and messaging. * Push notifications and SMS gateway integration. Cybersecurity & Hosting Compliance: * Local cloud hosting within Saudi Arabia, fully complying with local data protection and cybersecurity standards (AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit). * Implementation of Web Application Firewall (WAF), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for admin panels, and automated secure backups. Key Deliverables & Contractual Conditions Any applicant must agree in advance to the following mandatory project terms: 1. Source Code & IP Transfer: Complete, unencrypted source code transfer to the project owner upon completion, alongside the secure and permanent destruction of all original and backup copies from the developer’s servers. 2. Vendor Lock-in Prevention: Use of standard, open-source, or globally supported frameworks and languages to ensure full platform portability. 3. Right to Audit: The owner reserves the right to appoint a third-party auditor to review code quality and security at any stage. 4. Jurisdiction: Any contractual disputes shall be settled exclusively via commercial arbitration under Saudi Arbitration Law. 5. Project must be in two language, mainly Arabic then English.
