Overview Rev1 Digital builds AI-powered websites and CRM automation for Michigan real estate agents and brokers. The platform is live, the product works, and we're ready to scale. We need our first sales rep to help us get there. This is a ground floor opportunity — you're not joining a company with 50 reps competing for the same leads. You're the first. You build the book, you keep the commission, and you grow with us. $400/mo advance covers your ramp while you close your first clients. Monthly commission bonuses are paid through Upwork on top — because by month two you'll have recurring income that dwarfs the advance. What You're Selling Product Price/mo Agent Site — branded IDX property search website $297 Broker Upgrade — agent recruiting page + CRM $297 AI Outreach add-on — Claude-powered email + voice follow-up $197–$297 List building — done-for-you prospect lists $147 Ad management — Facebook + Google campaigns 10% of spend Compensation 20% of every client's monthly revenue — paid every month they stay. Commission tapers 1%/month to a 10% permanent residual at month 11. You earn forever on every client you bring in. Month Your rate Month 1 20% Months 2–10 Drops 1%/mo Month 11+ 10% floor — permanent Annual renewal Bonus = one month at 20% Bonuses: $50 per new client signed Month 3 retention bonus: 50% of your Month 1 commission again Month 9: pitch annual plan — earn 20% of full annual contract upfront Realistic earnings: Active clients Avg monthly commission 5 $450–$500/mo 10 $900–$1,100/mo 15 $1,500–$1,900/mo 20 $2,200–$2,800/mo The Ramp Period We're not asking you to work for free while you learn. For the first 60 days: $400/mo commission advance paid as a fixed monthly milestone via Upwork Monthly commission bonuses paid via Upwork on top of the advance Advance is a draw — it applies against your earned commission each month Close at least 1 client in 60 days and your commission alone exceeds the advance After day 60 most reps drop the draw and run pure commission This Role is NOT For You If...
