About us: 3bids is a U.S. home-services marketplace that sends contractors free, exclusive job leads. We're growing our contractor base and need a warm, sharp bilingual rep to bring new contractors on board. What you'll do (daily/weekly): - Outbound calls to U.S. contractors — offer free leads, invite them onto the platform (Spanish and English) - Onboard interested contractors through a simple signup - Provide ongoing support via call/chat - Log all activity in our CRM Required experience: - Fully fluent in both Spanish and English - Phone sales / SDR / appointment-setting / call-center background - Builds trust fast, stays warm under rejection, persistent - Comfortable with a CRM/dialer; works U.S. Eastern hours How we work: Fast-moving, direct. Daily Slack/WhatsApp check-ins, clear daily targets (calls + contractors onboarded), real coaching. We provide the script and the offer — you bring the energy and rapport. You'll work independently but in close contact with me.
