Tech Transactions, Data Privacy, and AI Attorney

Hi there — thanks for taking a look. I’m a solo attorney (licensed in New York, California, and Florida) running a technology-focused practice centered on commercial transactions, data privacy, and AI-related work. My clients range from fast-moving startups to established companies, and I’m looking to build an ongoing relationship with a sharp, business-minded attorney. This is not a junior role. I’m looking for someone who can step in, think independently, and execute at a high level on an as-needed basis. Typical work may include: Drafting and revising commercial agreements (SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor agreements) Supporting privacy and data protection work (privacy policies, data flows, compliance concepts) Reviewing and negotiating technology and internet-related contracts Assisting with client communications and issue-spotting (Occasionally) contributing to higher-level written content or internal materials You’re a good fit if you: Have meaningful experience with technology transactions and/or data privacy Are comfortable working with SaaS and software-related agreements Can exercise judgment — not just follow instructions Communicate clearly and professionally with clients Are responsive and reliable without needing constant oversight This role is flexible and project-based. BUT that being said my practice is growing very, very quickly and I want to find someone who I can treat as more of an associate. I value people who respect boundaries and operate like professionals — I’m not looking to micromanage, and I don’t expect urgency where it’s not warranted.
