Tech Virtual Assistant

CommunityLaunch is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tech VA Assistant to support our operations team with GoHighLevel (GHL), automations, integrations, and backend tech tasks. This role will work closely with our tech and operations team to help manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing client fulfillment. Responsibilities -Build and update workflows/automations in GoHighLevel (GHL) -Assist with funnel and landing page setup -Configure forms, calendars, pipelines, and triggers -Set up integrations using Zapier and other tools Troubleshoot automation and CRM issues -Manage domains, DNS records, and email setup -Support onboarding and backend fulfillment tasks -Test workflows and ensure automations are functioning properly -Assist with Slack, Skool, and client access setup Qualifications -Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) -Knowledge of CRM automations and workflow logic -Familiarity with Zapier integrations -Strong attention to detail -Good communication skills -Ability to follow SOPs and work independently -Basic understanding of domains/DNS/email setup preferred
