Technical Apparel Designer & Pattern Maker

We are looking for an experienced Technical Apparel Designer who can become a long-term member of our product development team. This is not a fashion design project. We are creating high-performance technical uniforms built for demanding operational environments. ⸻ What You’ll Do You will work directly with us to develop new products from concept through production. Responsibilities include: * Create garments in CLO 3D * Develop production-ready patterns * Grade patterns for sizing * Create complete factory-ready tech packs * Recommend improvements to fit and garment construction * Produce realistic 3D renderings for presentations and marketing * Work with our overseas factory to support production ⸻ Required Skills You must have experience with: * CLO 3D * Technical pattern making * Garment construction * Tech pack creation * Apparel grading * Adobe Illustrator Experience with Lectra, Gerber, or Optitex is an asset.
