Technical Architect /Lead Salesforce Developer

## Job Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. * Lead technical design, architecture, integrations, automation, and system improvements. * Build solutions using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, OmniStudio, Industries CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced. * Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and follow engineering best practices. * Present technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams on technology decisions. * Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and frameworks to improve solutions. ## Required Skills & Experience * **10+ years** of Salesforce experience. * **3+ years** of Salesforce Architecture experience. * Strong hands-on development capability, approximately **80% hands-on**. * **5–7 years of OmniStudio** experience. * **5+ years of Salesforce Industries CPQ**, or strong **Revenue Cloud Advanced** experience. * Experience with **Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)** preferred. * Expertise in **Apex, JavaScript, LWC, and Aura**. * Experience configuring and enhancing **Salesforce Industries CPQ / Ordering** solutions. * **Agentforce implementation experience** strongly preferred, with at least one project. * Experience with **REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, Heroku, and custom applications**. * Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. ## Preferred Certifications * **Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II** * **Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist** **Key Focus:** Industries CPQ is a major priority, with Ordering expected to account for approximately **60–65% of project deliverables**. ### Interested?
