Technical CTO

Technical CTO We are looking for a hands-on Technical CTO to help develop a confidential hardware-based product from POC stage to working prototype, final architecture, and mass manufacturing readiness. The project involves embedded hardware development using ESP32 or similar microcontrollers, integration of different sensors and modules, firmware development, device-control logic, PCB/electronics architecture, enclosure planning, testing, and end-to-end product design. We already have a confidential POC and appointed juniors to support early development, testing, research, and documentation. The CTO will be expected to review the POC under NDA, finalize the complete technical architecture, guide the appointed juniors, assign development tasks, review their work, validate the prototype, and ensure the product is designed properly from concept stage through to manufacturing readiness. The ideal person should have experience in embedded systems, IoT hardware, ESP32/microcontroller-based products, firmware, sensor integration, PCB design, hardware prototyping, testing, debugging, product architecture, and prototype-to-manufacturing transition. This is not an advisory role. We are looking for a builder who can take technical ownership, work closely with the founding team, guide junior technical resources, and help convert the confidential POC into a reliable, manufacturable product.
