Technical Content Writer – Safety, Industrial & PPE (SEO & AEO Focus) We are looking for an experienced technical content writer who can transform complex safety, PPE and industrial product information into content that ranks, gets found and drives commercial outcomes. This is not a generic copywriting role. Our products are highly technical, often involving respiratory protection, occupational hygiene, dust monitoring, hearing protection, hand protection, footwear, hydration and compliance-driven workplace safety solutions. The successful candidate must be able to understand technical information, ask intelligent questions and turn specifications into content that educates, engages and generates leads. Just as importantly, you must understand how people search today. We are looking for someone who can write for both traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), creating content that performs in Google search, AI search engines and large language model responses. What You'll Be Doing You will work directly with our marketing team to create: Product pages Landing pages Technical product guides Industry and hazard guides Compliance content White papers Case studies Product launch materials Distributor sales tools Website content EDM campaigns LinkedIn content FAQ content Comparison content Pillar pages and content clusters You must be capable of turning technical information into commercially focused content while maintaining technical accuracy. SEO & AEO Requirements We are specifically looking for someone who understands: SEO Keyword research Search intent Topic clustering Internal linking strategies On-page optimisation Featured snippets Semantic search Technical content architecture AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) Writing for AI-generated answers Question-based content structures Entity-based content development FAQ design Comparison frameworks Structured content formatting Content designed to be cited and referenced by AI systems You should understand how to create content that answers questions such as: What respirator is required for silica dust? What is the difference between PAPR and disposable respirators? What glove should be used for chemical handling? What are the respiratory protection requirements for welding fumes? And build content that can become the best answer available.
