We are looking for an exceptional Technical Content Writer who can turn complex technical concepts into engaging, accurate, and valuable content for business and technical audiences. This is not a generic content writing role. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands technology, enjoys researching software products and services, and takes pride in producing high-quality content that demonstrates expertise. What You'll Do 1. Write in-depth blogs, articles, whitepapers, guides, case studies, website content, and thought leadership pieces. 2. Research complex technical topics and transform them into reader-friendly content. 3. Collaborate with subject matter experts, consultants, architects, and leadership teams. 4. Create content around software platforms, cloud technologies, AI, automation, CRM, ITSM, enterprise applications, and consulting services. 5. Ensure content is factually accurate, SEO and AEO optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines. 6. Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content opportunities. 7. Maintain a high standard of grammar, structure, readability, and technical accuracy. What We're Looking For Required Skills 1. Proven experience writing technical content for software, SaaS, technology, or IT consulting companies. 2. Strong ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly. 3.Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 4.Experience writing long-form content (1,500–3,000+ words). 5.Ability to conduct independent research from credible sources. 6.Familiarity with SEO content writing principles. 7.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
