We are seeking a long-term Technical Documentation & Product Design Specialist to help transform technical information into professional, market-ready documentation and visual assets. ⸻ Who We Are Looking For We ARE looking for someone who can understand technical products and professionally communicate them through high-quality documentation, layouts, diagrams, and 3D system visuals. You should be comfortable working with engineering, construction, architectural, and industrial product information. ⸻ Role Overview You will work directly with the Managing Director. We will provide: • Product specifications • Test reports • Certification information • Technical notes • Product photographs • Engineering details • Performance data Your responsibility will be converting this information into professional technical documents, presentations, diagrams, and 3D visualizations suitable for customers, distributors, architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and certification bodies. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Product Datasheets Create professional technical datasheets including: • Product descriptions • Applications • Physical properties • Mechanical properties • Fire performance • Thermal performance • Acoustic performance • Dimensions and tolerances • Installation recommendations • Technical specifications ⸻ Technical Brochures Design professional brochures and marketing literature that communicate technical performance and applications while maintaining accuracy. ⸻ Installation Guides & Manuals Prepare professional installation documentation including: • Flooring systems • Wall systems • Ceiling systems • Fire-rated assemblies • Render carrier systems • Wet-area systems • Underlayment systems Documents should be easy to understand while remaining technically accurate. ⸻ Technical Presentations Prepare PowerPoint and PDF presentations for: • Distributor training • Product launches • Technical seminars • Customer meetings • Internal training ⸻ Technical Drawings & Diagrams Develop: • Product application diagrams • Installation details • Fixing layouts • Joint treatment details • Section views • System build-ups • Product comparison graphics ⸻ 3D Building System Design & Visualization A major part of this role will involve creating professional 3D visuals and system concepts.
