Technical Evaluator (React / Node) – Hourly, As-Needed (Ongoing)

We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer with strong React and Node.js experience to help us evaluate job applicants for front-end and back-end roles. Our project involves form-based web apps, account dashboards, data management systems, and marketplace-style features. We need help identifying developers who can write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for these kinds of products. What you’ll do Review candidate resumes and code profiles Verify skill through recent commits, repo structure, and original work Design and evaluate short coding tests (React/Next.js for front end; Node/Nest.js or .NET for back end) Recommend top candidates with a short summary of strengths, weaknesses, and fit Requirements 5+ years full-stack experience (React/Next.js + Node/Nest.js or .NET) Strong portfolio on GitHub or another code repository Experience mentoring or interviewing developers Able to explain technical findings in simple language Details Hourly contract, as needed, with ongoing work as the project progresses Must have good english skills, espeically spoken english.
