Technical Fashion Designer for Tech Packs

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Technical Fashion Designer / Apparel Pattern Maker to create 3 comprehensive, factory-ready Tech Packs for our upcoming contemporary women’s apparel brand, Lolaé. These designs will be utilized for both a low-MOQ production run (50 pieces per style) with an Australian/offshore manufacturing firm, and featured as digital assets inside a partner mobile application.The 3 designs are highly stylized, contemporary, and structured: The "Outlaw Fringe" Set: A structured leather/faux-leather corset paired with a high-waisted suede fringe mini-skirt featuring distinct movement dynamics.The "Noir Edge" Dress: A form-fitting black denim or leather corset mini dress featuring exposed industrial zippers, rivets, and lace-up side panels.The "Wild Untamed" Showstopper: An intricate corset dress featuring a custom printed leopard lace/mesh overlay and a flowing sheer lace veil/shroud element. Deliverables Required for Each Outfits (Multi-page PDF):Technical Flat Sketches (CADs): Detailed, proportional front and back black-and-white vector illustrations showing all visible seams, stitch lines, hardware, and construction details. Comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM): Structured lists detailing raw fabric specifications, required mesh/lining weights, hardware definitions (zippers, eyelets, boning type), and custom textile placement guidelines. Measurement Specification Sheet (Spec Sheet): Clear, precise base measurement charts down to the millimeter for a standard sample size (e.g., Size Small).Size Grading Scale: Mathematical grading rules to cleanly scale the pattern across a 4-size split: Extra Small (XS), Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). Requirements:Proven track record creating factory-ready Tech Packs for structured women's apparel (corsetry, boning, tailored dresses, or heavy textile manipulation). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or specialized apparel software (Techpacker, Clo3D, etc.).
