Technical Illustrator — Clean Dimensioned Line-Art Drawings for a Product Range OVERVIEW We manufacture premium acoustic office pods and phone booths, and we're building a new website and product catalogue. We need a set of clean, dimensioned line-art drawings of our pods — the kind of simple, elegant technical illustrations you see on high-end furniture and workspace-product sites. The style we want is shown in the attached reference image. Please look at it before applying — this is exactly the look, line quality, and dimension-labelling style we're after. We want our full range drawn in this same visual language so the set looks like one consistent family. SCOPE We have 5 pod models (plus possibly 1 custom). For each model we need 3 views, matching the reference: - Front elevation — straight-on, door closed - Angled / perspective view — 3/4 view with the door open (the trickiest one; clean, accurate perspective is essential) - Top-down plan — overhead layout That's roughly 15 drawings total as one consistent set. We'd like to start with a single paid test model (all 3 views) before committing to the full range. WHAT WE'LL PROVIDE - High-resolution product photographs of each pod (for tracing / reference) - An exact dimension sheet for every model (external and internal width x depth x height, plus key furniture dimensions) - The reference style image (attached) and brand notes You won't be guessing at shapes or measurements — we'll hand you the photos and the exact numbers. DELIVERABLES - Layered vector source files (Adobe Illustrator .ai, or Affinity equivalent) - Web-ready .svg exports for each drawing (these go on our website — clean, lightweight, editable strokes) - High-resolution PNG exports for print/PDF use - A reusable master template / style so additional models can be added later in the same look - Dimension labels in the units we specify (we'll confirm mm vs cm/in) MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Expert Adobe Illustrator (or Affinity Designer) — clean vector line work - Proven technical / product / spec-sheet illustration (please show samples) - Confident isometric / perspective construction for the angled view - Dimension annotation — tidy extension lines, arrowheads, consistent labelling - Ability to keep a large set visually consistent - SVG / web-export literacy (bonus) Ideal background: furniture catalogue drawings, product cut-sheets, architectural or workspace-product illustration. TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE - 2-3 portfolio samples of dimensioned or technical line-art (furniture/product spec drawings preferred). Applications without relevant line-art samples won't be considered. - A one-line note on how you'd keep all 15 drawings visually consistent. - Your quote for the single-model test (3 views), and an estimated fixed price for the full set of ~15. - Confirmation you can deliver layered source files plus SVG, not just flat PNGs. BUDGET AND PROCESS - Milestone 1 — Test model: all 3 views of one pod. - Milestone 2 — Full set: remaining models once the test style is approved. - We're happy to do 1-2 revision rounds per view to nail the style. We move quickly for the right person, and there's scope for ongoing work as the range grows.
