Role Overview We are seeking a Software Development Communication Specialist with expertise in Backend and Cloud technologies. This is not a software development position. Instead, the role focuses on representing technical expertise during interviews, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and participating in project meetings to provide professional technical updates. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of modern backend and cloud technologies and can confidently communicate technical concepts, project experience, and engineering practices in English. Key Responsibilities Interview Management - Participate in technical interviews for Backend and Cloud engineering positions. - Present technical experience and project background professionally - Communicate software engineering concepts, architecture, and implementation approaches with confidence. - Represent technical expertise throughout the interview process. Project Communication - Join meetings for ongoing software development projects. - Provide project updates and communicate development progress to stakeholders. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and project stakeholders. - Document meeting outcomes and follow-up action items when needed. Required Skills Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of Backend and Cloud software development. - Experience with TypeScript, .NET, and AWS. - Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and software architecture. - Ability to discuss technical implementations and engineering best practices. Communication Skills - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Professional communication during interviews, client meetings, and project discussions.
