Technical Interviewer Needed — Hardware Engineering (Chip Design & PCB) Candidate Evaluation

We're hiring senior hardware engineers (IC/ASIC design and PCB design) and need an experienced hardware professional to help us evaluate candidates on the technical side. Scope: Review shortlisted candidates' portfolios/resumes (tapeouts, shipped boards, project claims) Join 30-minute technical interview calls per finalist and lead the technical questioning Give us a written assessment after each: strengths, red flags, hire/no-hire recommendation You should have: industry experience in ASIC/SoC or PCB design, at least one tapeout or shipped product, and prior experience interviewing or leading engineers. Engagement: Fixed price per interview, 4–5 interviews expected initially, with more possible as we scale the team. Remote, flexible scheduling.
