Technical Klaviyo Strategist for Agency

We are seeking an experienced Klaviyo technician with full platform fluency to support us on our accounts. The job would consist of everything from segmentation and campaign scheduling, to flow ideation/architecting, to full troubleshooting and testing before deployment. The ideal candidate has direct experience implementing within Klaviyo, and tying the platform to larger strategic ideas. In some cases, communication with development team could be needed. Comfortability with software development and AI may also be a nice-to-have, but in general I look for the right management instincts (knowing what to do and when.) The most common responsibilities would be around: - Technical, hands on implementation for strategists. - QA & Deployment Management - Standing up flows & managing ongoing optimizations - Addressing client questions as they come in (some of which may have higher urgency). - Architecting plans and vetting/managing the more technical projects. - Troubleshooting - Backend project management - Critical thinking and problem solving Please apply with some examples of work done in Klaviyo, and a bit more about yourself.
