Technical Lead for OMS FIX - Financial Information eXchange

Summary - No agencies please - This is a full-time position - Need to overlap during EST USA business hours 9am to 12PM. - 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and the FIX (Financial Information eXchange) Protocol to support a financial services environment. Requirements: 10+ years of experience deploying, integrating, and managing OMS platforms. Strong hands-on experience with the FIX Protocol. Expertise with back-office securities processing systems, particularly FIS Phase3 and Broadridge. 5+ years of software development experience with a solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure. Strong communication skills with experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
