Technical Mentor – Telecom Integration & WiFi Provisioning Support

We are looking for an experienced Technical Mentor/Consultant to support one of our engineers working on a telecom provisioning and integration support project. The mentor will provide technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, architecture understanding, and KT support related to WiFi provisioning, backend integrations, and telecom workflow synchronization. This is a remote consulting/mentoring opportunity ideal for someone with strong telecom domain expertise and hands-on integration support experience. Responsibilities Guide engineer on telecom provisioning workflows and backend integrations Assist in troubleshooting synchronization issues between systems Provide technical support on WiFi7 provisioning and activation flows Help understand NSL, RSSX, and CBU sync processes Support integration testing, SIT/UAT activities, and defect analysis Assist with context ID mapping and environment configuration Review Jira tasks and explain implementation approaches Help with API flow understanding and debugging Conduct KT/documentation sessions when required Required Skills Strong experience in Telecom/Networking domain Experience with provisioning and activation systems Knowledge of WiFi provisioning workflows Hands-on experience in Integration Testing and Support REST API troubleshooting experience Jira and Agile/Scrum experience Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience working with QA/UAT/SIT environments Understanding of backend system integrations and sync processes Preferred Skills Experience with OSS/BSS systems Exposure to Spectrum/Charter telecom ecosystem SQL and log analysis experience Postman/API testing tools experience Production support experience in telecom projects Engagement Details Remote opportunity Flexible hours based on support requirements Long-term support preferred Immediate availability preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can act as a technical guide and mentor, not just a developer.
