Technical Onboarding & Customer Support Assistant Needed

Hello amazing technical onboarding & customer support assistant. We are seeking a reliable, friendly assistant available exclusively during US business hours. The primary responsibility is helping clients connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and SMTP email accounts to our email-sending tool through scheduled onboarding Zoom calls. Responsibilities: - Host client onboarding calls through a digital calendar - Connect Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts to the email-sending platform - Set up and troubleshoot SMTP/IMAP email connections - Troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, DMARC, permissions, and admin access - Follow setup checklists and document progress - Remain accessible in client Slack channels during setup and afterward - Answer client questions patiently and professionally - Handle general administrative and technical support tasks - Coordinate with the internal team Requirements: - Experience with email-sending tools - Strong Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 knowledge - Proficiency in SMTP/IMAP email connections - Proficiency in digital marketing - Excellent communication and people skills - Flexible availability during US hours - Reliable internet and professional video-call presence - Organized, responsive, and able to solve problems independently Additional responsibilities may be added as the role grows.
